1️⃣ Resting is not being lazy.
2️⃣ Good days don’t mean we’re “cured” and doesn't represent our daily experience.
3️⃣ We wish we could cancel plans less.

As someone who couldn’t swallow pills up until a couple years ago, I was very anxious lol but because its a gel capsule it was fine!!

Having an autoimmune disease is awful, can impact you in so many different ways, and also can develop a bunch of other stuff over the years because of it.
PLEASE take care of your bodies to the best of your ability. It does so much for you on a daily basis without you even realizing it.
