I did experience significant relationships that died, which brought along devastating heartbreak and the deepest depression I’ve ever felt. But ultimately, the past few years- and past couple months in particular- have centered around financial literacy.

E.g. last year was the first time I ever filed taxes on account of having a real income for the time in my life. And this week, I finally paid off a credit card that’s had a balance for the past 4 years. Huzzah! Student loans though? Ask me about those during my next Saturn return… 😒

Let me tell you something about my 8H Saturn return. Leading up to it I’d ask myself “Okay, who in my life is gonna die…? My dad? My cat? My partner? Me?! 🙀” (Saturn rules my 6H & 7H).

But uh, the height of my return has just been about money. Taxes, debt, & personal finance.

I tend to lean away from giving advice. It feels like a misuse of my position/power and I’m more interested in helping clients arrive to their own conclusions. But there are times where I share my opinion for the sake of building rapport and humanizing myself with clients. How do you approach this?

This is so important to remember. The ability to experience joy and connection in the midst of grief, terror, and uncertainty speaks to your humanness. Don’t shame away your joy. You’ll need it to survive.

I am so over this Mars Rx in my H1/H12. It started with chemical burns on my face AND nipples. Then my immune system quit and I had a sinus infection for 2.5 weeks. And now, I haven’t been able to sleep through the night for the past week.

Annnd there’s still a whole other month of this bs 🙄😭

Don’t know why this is the literal first thought I woke up with today, but I really can’t respect you if you organize your books by spine color. First by category/topic, then author’s last name. It’s the only way. YOU CAN’T CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE

I feel that! I’m early in my career as well and working towards a full caseload (17+ session/week). I’m already exhausted thinking about the emailing and coordinating it’ll take to keep up with like 20 clients schedules 😱
