Yes. And regarding denying gender affirming care for youth- unethical. Health systems are casting vulnerable children to the wolves. History has not looked kindly on those who sacrificed the vulnerable to avoid facing bullies. Should be illegal.
Seems to me that denying care to trans youth that other kids can receive is a violation of law. Certainly seems to violate UM non-discrimination standards. And at a very low-bar minimum- it is wrong to target vulnerable kids. Violation of do no harm.
