Maryland voters sue election board over ‘unconstitutional’ closed primaries - WTOP News The Maryland State Board of Elections has been sued by five politically unaffiliated voters, who say using taxpayer money to fund primary elections in which they can’t vote is unconstitutional.

I plan to follow this story below closely. When I moved to DC in 2006 I was determined not to affiliate with the Democratic or Republican party. I registered as a Democrat because Maryland has a partially closed primary. bit.ly/442HZIQ

Pre-Covid, I used to get to the office bright and early to beat the DC traffic. Once the pandemic hit I was getting up early to go walk. Now I’m complete remote some mornings I’m in bed until the last possible second before I have to start work🤣.

I use to ask the priests/nuns in church, high school and college with my questions and thoughts so nothing new. Surprisingly, most encouraged me. I am no longer Catholic or Christian, my point is, I ask questions and point things out to help me process my thoughts more or see different perspectives.
