I’m a ChatGPT user but I absolutely think there is merit to these findings. I found myself over relying on it, and so I’ve had to hold myself accountable to take a step back and use it purely as an advanced search engine and not get lazy.

Like any tool I think it’s all about moderation

When I left grad school to take care of my dying father, the expansion of Medicaid allowed me to get medical care (including mental health care for grief, after he passed) during that time. I could not have fulfilled a work requirement. And I was in a better position than most Medicaid recipients.

Doing some research for a blog I'm writing and … it really bothers me that this study includes the estimated loss of productivity in monetary value due to #depression and #anxiety.

It just feels icky to put a price tag on mental health like that? Maybe I’m missing the point
