I can certainly see the Clean Water and Clean Air Act going away most likely by making it impossible to enforce. Welcome back to the 1960’s.

They don’t know how to be leaders nor do many actually want to be. It’s going to be a long two years as they try not to be responsible for anything.

One of the top items I fear in the coming years is either roll-back or dissolving the Clean Air and/or Clean Water Acts. I don't think that many Americans know what the US looked like in the 1970s from an environmental standpoint.
