My house is 1344 square feet and every single one of them is usable space. We rented out our house for a bit to our kids and lived in an 1800 sq ft townhouse, but 500 sq ft of it was stairs. This is why I now want to help promote single stair buildings... stairs are a waste of space.

Just one point. Nothing more to discuss.
Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.
Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

In a nutshell, he said, the more unstable and out of control the world seems, the more people are willing to cede power to authoritarian leaders.

21.11.2025 17:34 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0It is mind boggling to me that anyone would think it makes sense to dig up and burn fossil fuels only to try to regather and and rebury the carbon dioxide molecules once they've flitted throughout the atmosphere. Fossil fuel companies are obviously lying about DAC, but a lot of people believe it. ๐๐ก

If you're wondering why a large chunk of ostensibly left-of-center pundits are waging war on environmental protections in the form of an "abundance agenda," it's because Silicon Valley has quietly developed a culture of rampant pollution.

How do they separate out the lactase? Is it a 2-step/membrane process to isolate molecules of exactly 1 size?

RFK Jr. is making shit up.
I caught Mitch McConnell earlier today and tried to ask him about the CDC promoting the lie that vaccines cause autism.
He voted against RFK Jr.'s confirmation.
But as is always the case, McConnell, a polio survivor, refused to answer questions.
Would you believe he had a book on just hydrogen bonds?
And that I did some hydrogen bonds modeling in grad school.
Anyway, the guy had good advice.
And I did meet my friend group there.
3a) You will meet your college friend group in honors chem
3b) You will have to do independent research in Cal honors chem so we're going to start now
3c) While the rest of the class practices for the AP test, you can read anything in my chemistry library & write a synopsis of what you learned 2/
My AP Chem professor helped me decide between Cal & Stanford (he attended Stanford UG, Cal grad).
1) Don't take out student loans to go to Stanford
2) Cal has a more rigorous chem program
3) Don't take the AP Chem test, take the accelerated Honors Chem sequence at Cal
