Been thinking about Katekyou Hitman Reborn Kindan no Yami no Delta recently. A simple & fun arena fighter on PS2/Wii.
Slowly Fighter is a unique, simplified fighting game in which your movements are extremely slowed down. A full jump takes around 10 real seconds, for example. Combine that with one hit kills & one hit guard breaks for a surprisingly intense experience, at times.

Nope, just a heavyweight, I think. But I did set the handicap up to max, so he certainly feels like a boss when he's taking drastically reduced damage and no stamina loss.

Yeah, there's for sure some good stuff. It can feel kinda overwhelming at first, but I think the game is pretty easy to learn if given just a few minutes of practice. ..Even if the game lacks a proper practice mode, you can still train with a second player.

I looked a bit too, and couldn't find anything! The only 'advanced' thing I really know about so far is that there are double direction moves, like forward forward triangle, and up up X, which is probably character dependant. I'd love to have a move list for this game, it'd be so helpful.

Ichigeki - Hagane no Hito on PS1 is a pretty cool fighting game where you can give your opponent concussions.

"Earth Wars" on Switch. It's only $4.50 there, a deep discount over it's original price of ~$40 on PS4. It's a fun 2D hack 'n' slash with a story, customization, crafting, and lots of extra missions to do.
Actually I've got two: Karate Phants: Gloves of Glory.
It was on Wiiware, so almost nobody can really play it anymore.
