反而自習閱讀一些增進可以增進自己的工作和生活上的知識、看一些豐富自己人生的文章，讓我覺得好充實，慢慢的喜歡上這種節奏。🥰
從2024年4月，我發布了關於我健康報告並且每日都必須服用大量的藥物，迅速的在三個月內把超級嚴重的問題調養到可控範圍。目前仍很多數值已在可控範圍內，還是偏高，還在治療中🤙🏻
2025年想讓自己突破一下，踏入「運動」的環節，想讓自己變得健康。
在這需要循序促進的路上，我必定會崩潰，屆時還希望大家可以多多鼓勵我，好讓我再次鼓起勇氣和動力前進！🙏🏻
