In CPTSD recovery we're asking our body-- including our nervous system, endocrine system, & our psychological/dissociative "parts"-- to work with us, rather than against us. We need to create a relationship w/ them that supports that ask.

I reminded myself that they want us scared and tired.
"Victim" is not a bad word-- & it behooves us all to get curious about who has been working, effortfully, to make it taboo & shameful to identify as a victim. Who benefits from there being "no true victims," except those who "choose" to be victim?
That's right. Perpetrators.
