Sometimes I feel like other planets use Earth as a lunatic asylum.
For the first time in decades (I think I was a pre-schooler) I have been dealing with constipation. A side effect of a deeply pulled muscle stopping the large intestine. After nearly a week and a half, I got out and bought a laxative at my pharmacist.
When picking it up, I remembered a book 1/
With each awakening (when I nap, it is almost always within a couple minutes of two hours) reheated the water in the hot water bottle. When I woke up at 9 pm, actually did get sick, still sore, wondering how well I will sleep through the night. Also wondering if needing to see the GP over this. 4/4
(something I recommend) and put dishes in dishwasher - tried to function, but no, back to bed, realising that this was likely a lost day. Woke up two hours later, tried some basic activities, nope, back to bed. Next awakening, found the never used hot water bottle - helped me sleep, but… 3/
