I grew up with all 3, and it's a damn shame people shy away from both Tooie and DK64 because of only hearing the negatives people lead with when speaking about them! I have my notes as well on what they could've done better but I think they're far from unenjoyable!

(I just want to see more people-- mainly my friends- play these games)

With Banjo-Kazooie finally getting a recomp, I'd love to see one for Tooie. I know time hasn't been kind to Tooie the same way it has for its predecessor but I do think there's a lot it does very well.
I'd love for people to have the opportunity to play both and form their own opinions on it.

As per my annual 100% replay of Banjo-Kazooie, the timing could not have been better for the PC Recomp to come out.

I've done 2 runs, one for my girlfriend to watch and another for a homie. I'm no speedrunner here but the last run was a whole hour faster than last year's run

Snowfall

Started this 5ish months ago, been bouncing between this & Dexter on work breaks. The series started kinda slow, but after season 2, I started doubling up on seasons. The latter half of the series was a ride. Great show overall, would recommend to anyone whos lookin for a good crime drama.

Shadow and Rouge from the sonic the hedgehog series, standing towards one another, both weilding guns pointed at the camera. Shadow is holding regular pistols, and Rouge is holding Bayonetta's "Love is Blue" pistols from Bayonetta 2. They are both heavily shaded and the angle is shot above them to see bullet casings on the floor around them.

Metroid Fusion (replay)

Got a new GBA charger late last year and recently copped Metroid Fusion a couple months ago. I originally played the game on emulator 5ish years ago but remembered enjoying it so I wanted to replay it on original hardware.

Still an excellent game and Metroid title.

The Cat Returns

Spontaneously watched this with my girlfriend last night cus she likes it a lot and I haven't watched a lot of Ghibli films and it was a fun one! I really liked the Cat King and Muta, and the Baron's design while simple, is cool.

Kicking off with GALERIANS:ASH on PCSX2

A year ago, @ramathal.bsky.social streamed the first game back in 2024 and didn't like the sequel. I took the plunge and.. it's a weird one.

Technically my first survival horror game, it's pretty rough but there's cool visuals and a rather experimental OST.
