A lawsuit against Ironton alleges that sections of its zoning code illegally discriminate against people in recovery from substance use.
The lawsuit was filed Friday in federal court by the owner of a group recovery home located in a residential neighborhood in the city.
Earlier this year, the city filed criminal charges against the owner, alleging the group home violates city zoning code.
