Left knee quite swollen and bruised. Swollen to the point of being just a ball of fluid.

Slipped on the ice earlier and landed square on my knee, it’s an ugly mess. I’ve been getting up every couple hours to keep it moving and icing it. Sore is an understatement.

Tired of being tired. I miss doing things on my own schedule. I sleep through my day, 16 hours, 10 hours, no pattern, no timing just awake and asleep at random. I hate what Covid did to me, I hate that doctors don’t know how to treat it. I want to stop sleeping thru life.

I’ve been quiet on here. Just no energy lately to keep up everywhere. That’s this whole long Covid crap. See the pulmonologist today. Neurologist again in a few weeks. Tired of being tired.

Satchel and waist pack ready to go, got my tomahawk attached because we are clearing out a couple new spots to set up blinds. I’ll be swapping the bottles out for my small Yeti thermos and a Nalgene water bottle in the morning. Love the waist pack, I got it at Walmart, very roomy and padded.

I packed my satchel too heavy and repacked it. Still not liking the weight so now I’m pondering what really needs to be in it. I tried to make myself rethink the load by not using a full pack, and then finagled too much into an 18ish L satchel. And now I’m looking at the pack again.
