I would bet those same people (if I'm guessing ages correctly) would have had equally blank stares if their teacher referenced popular music artists from the 1900s/1910s.

I'm still going to hang on to it, though. Given it has a headphone jack and a micro SD card slot, it will be very handy to have on hand as a backup media device.

Out of curiosity, I decided to check when I got the phone I'm currently using (which will soon be replaced).

I think that officially makes it the longest lasting smartphone I've used. If it wasn't for not being able to update the OS, I'd possibly get a good few more years out of it.

I just realized I never bothered to see if one Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg played by Gary Oldman appears in the game at all and I am happy to report that he is and I'm here to rectify that omission with a few more screenshots.

As I said in another post, I'm sure this place will continue ticking along for a while at least. However, a Venture Capitalist being in charge does not instill confidence.

Like, I'll continue posting comics to my Tumblr, Facebook, and Insta pages. However, the thoughts of starting all over again with whatever Bluesky/Twitter-alike comes along is not appealing at all.

So, what are people doing if this place (inevitably, I feel) bites the dust?

The place will probably be fine for a while, but I fully expect it'll eventually end up getting sold for parts.
