I came to a startling revelation tonight while watching a movie. My speech that needed therapy all throughout my childhood? Was only cuz I speak English & not French. My natural way of speaking is pure French &, in my defense, so was my great grandma.

Sometimes, the internet can still amaze me. My grandmother used to do etchings of gravestones & travel the globe to trace our family lines. I'm in a robe on my couch & found this.
How much of their lives did our great great great grandma's spend just getting dressed? Seems to me that fashion was a full time job. And curling your hair using an iron rod & flame? Lorsh.

I found a house a great grandpa built, in Toledo, Ohio.
I'm beginning to think a couple of my sets of great grandparents were either addicted to cruises.......or somehow doing something nefarious.
At the very least, the grandpa who changed his whole ass name multiple times was up to no good.
