Yes the address is a legal requirement. The idea being that if the channel disputes the claim then its escalated to court and becomes an issue between claimant and defendant, which YouTube doesn't want to deal with.

They aren't creators, they a buisness. Often companies masquerading as or representing creators that have fallen off like Slime Block.

They only care about money and engagement using the lowest common denominator

Content Farms follow trends on YouTube so that's likely. A lot of them see the characters in mod showcases and latch onto it.

They were one of the first Content Farms to drop on the Sprunki Trend.

They are a Lankybox copycat channel and they mostly just showcase mods with waaaaaaaacky commentary

I'm not gonna lie to you guys with the pivot to characters based on memes, pop culture, and the like there's a LOT less OCs being stolen by content farms, but that doesn't mean they don't still exist. They're just harder to find.
