I'm sure the announcer said something about 19k last night. I thought it looked a bit fuller than Mostar, and that was 18k (though they had more away fans)
At least they started GAO early enough to get all of it played first - against Mostar we got about 2 lines
Scored 18 last season, not sure that counts as a dud
Two bad nights - don't forget Liverpool & Spuds last night too
Love the biryani from our local curry house, and they always provide enough for two decent sized meals too.
I was talking about the Brits out there. Highly doubt the BBC were talking to any of the indentured labourers, for whom I had much sympathy even before all this shit started
Here you go
I have some sympathy for those trapped there while changing planes, somewhat less for those on holiday there, but absolutely none for those who've emigrated there to avoid tax here
Only reason I would do this is if I've got to get a lot of stuff in the boot - otherwise I'd agree with you, they're all wrong'uns
Probably a silly question, but if the Straits of Hormuz are so vulnerable to disruption by Iran, why has no-one bothered to build pipelines to bypass them in the last 50-odd years since Iran became hostile to the West?
I thought the same, very calm, didn't throw himself into anything unnecessarily, always available for Mitchell to turn round & pass back to (too frequently for my liking)
Love the seagull laughing
Who decided which months have 30 or 31 days anyway - surely alternating 30 & 31 would make more sense (just make Feb 30 days except in a leap year)
But can it work the other way too?
Would love to do an away, but logistics & cost are tricky. If you could get free / cheap cancellation on flights or train I'd be a lot more tempted to book something
I've stumped up, mainly on the basis it might be the last chance I get to watch Palace in Europe
Raining in Billingshurst, just for a change
His crossing has been poor as usual - the one for the goal only got to Strand Larsen thanks to a big deflection, otherwise it would have been behind everyone in the box but too far ahead of Wharton running onto it
Well that's not the Ryde station I was expecting to see!
49 days after Easter, also known as Pentecost.
So inevitably they will
Did they use them at any time except when the teams came out? All seemed a bit pointless to me
I have a Yothu Yindi album from my trip to Oz back in 96-97, absolutely love it, but don't have a clue what they're singing about. Fairly sure they performed at the ANZ Stadium for the first Superleague game in 97
I have hotmail.com, but my wife has hotmail.co.uk - it wasn't available when I set up my account in 1996!
FFS, don't lump us all in with that lot!
What does Sussex count as?
Personally, as a native South Londoner (well, 3 miles south of Croydon) I regard The North as anything over the Thames!
That's harsh on Canvot - if you have to play a 19 year-old centre back in the Premier League then you have to accept the occasional mistake, particularly when playing in a team low on confidence. He's generally looked excellent otherwise, and will be a quality player in a year or so.
Wish I still had my 2 monitor setup, but when we moved to our new office they gave us all single extra-wide curved monitors instead. Makes for a lot more organising every time I open a new window
I know JP is a big guy, but does he really need a Global 6000?
My daughter managed to get a couple yesterday for the extra dates, she was quite surprised there were some left 3 hours after going on sale
