Yeah, in 2024, I published a book, an inspirational self-help memoir with a spiritual message. Damn proud of it! What are you celebrating about 2024?

“Conclave” is a fascinating movie. Not a lot of action but a number of unreliable narrators, great acting, and a surprise twist at the end! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Where does your thinking come from? If you answered the brain, look deeper. The brain is biological and limited in nature. The Mind is spiritual, the source of innovation, creativity and intuition.

Watched “Lessons in Chemistry” on Apple TV…a powerful reminder about how far men and women have come in the evolution of the equality and parity. Themes of grief, social justice, redemption, corruption in business and in the Catholic Church, science and spirituality… it’s a treasure trove!

Just finishing up this most remarkable memoir. The writing is candid, reflective, beautifully crafted, poetic, searching, and breaks conventions for what memoir is. I am challenged to do deeper and be bolder about my reflections on life.
