Follow up to my earlier meltdown, I forgot that the software I was using to make the project that is due at the end of the week doesn’t auto save and it crashed. I lost 2 days of work. I am gonna go lay on the floor

I can already tell this has the potential to be right up there with I saw the TV glow on the list of movies that deal with gender/sexuality that I watch once, am emotionally devastated and irrevocably changed by it, and then can never watch again

like she is in her 30s we (30 somethings) are all out here fighting our trauma demons and realizing that a lot of our identity is one giant trauma response and she is all up in the mess too

that lack of a stable sense of self/identity from complex trauma will get ya

yeeaahhh I think she is business smart, but also not the brightest in other areas. she seems to mean well but just has so much trauma that she seems to have never truly had the proper support to work through.

honestly idk if my trauma would hate them in my house or in someone else's house more..... bc at least if they are in my house I know my house well enough to navigate them with a sense of control. Either way though it is not ideal!!!
