Stagnation, but also gains: Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬 switched in 2025 to 30 three-member districts (SNTV) with 1 mandate per district reserved for the under-represented sex, lifting women’s representation from 20.5% (2021) to 33.3% (2025). Conclusion: Electoral system design matters.
