I guess its been a while since I posted here. The garden is filling in nicely.

Been working the gardens mostly now that spring here here. Planting berry patches & flowering bushes. Leaving Snape the snake to eat rats & mice. It's not something bad except for the wind.

Oh look, more homemade bread. I'm a bread influencer now FYI Seriously though check out that has bubble. I used the sprite can to give you an idea how big it was! I'm pretty obsessed with my loaf pan dutch ovens too. Makes perfect toasting size slices. #sourdough #homemadebread

I don't love Kansas. TBH I barely like it. But this is where we are, for now, so I'm doing my best to make the best of things. (Like in top 5 least favorite states FYI)
But this morning, I noticed the shift in sunrise position as we move towards spring 🌞🌱 it makes everything a wee bit brighter

Sadly, "Iowa" is "local" coffee here. But this is one of my go-to brands at the grocery, even the tiny shop in Baldwin City. Much darker beans, they actually look lighter in this pic. Today is already a better day ☕️ #coffee

I was pretty hopeful for these beans but alas they are not a dark roast. Medium at best. The flavor is fine but it's not something I'll try again. Time to order more WA beans #coffee

Well I got 2 new wooden rolling pins, so then I just had to start oiling everything wooden in the kitchen....cutting boards are next....feeling stressed
