Impressiona pela capacidade, variabilidade e volume de remates que apresente, apesar de ter espaço para melhorar na tomada de decisão em si.
Quando começar a decidir melhor as zonas de remate tem tudo para explodir no nº de golos.

Like for Like Mateta.
Avançado mega potente, capaz de jogar em campo fechado e aberto e com muito remate no seu arsenal.
Já leva 4 golos pelo Cercle Brugge (que nos últimos anos vendeu só Ayase Ueda e Kevin Denkey).
@scoutedftbl.com launched their Scouted50 for 25/26 and asked me to help and choose my 10 favorite young stars.
Here’s my list.
Depois de uns bons meses parados volto à carga.
Estou disponível para trabalho de vídeo e data scouting, em Portugal ou fora (remote idealmente).
Full time would be ideal but if not part time would be good as well.

Currently able to do freelance video scouting, data scouting and data analysis for clubs/companies related to football either in Portugal or outside.

Haven’t had time to pull my own radars but Albert Baio has been on mind for the past few weeks.
Broke through Vitória’s 1st team this year and has been massively performing for them.
Great athleticism overall and technically gifted. Goes inside and outside easily and has nack for giving goals.
Bonus point.
Recovers, quickly sees his teammate in the box and finds him quickly.
And I haven't shown you whatt he can do on the ball.
Real progressor. Isn't afraid to go more vertical/riskier. Decent passing range tho he doesn't go long much.
Like how he finds pockets to lay up some passes. There's one where he finds the back of the press, receives and quickly progresses.
Recently fell in love with Manu Silva, from Vitória.
Started his VSC career as CB in a back 3 after coming from Feirense (2nd Division) but with the new manager he returned to his best position, DM.
Unfortunately can't post longer videos but this recovery and set up of the play is superb
Really liked Diouf when he was shinninng at Reims, with Will Still, but lost track of him.
Olij I have not seen at all but given that Sparta haven’t been that bad it might be worth checking out.
Milinkovic-Savic ranks 1st in 23/24 and 24/25. Seems like a good sign from a Gk I highly rate.
Viktor Johansson, in 23/24 for Rotherham and in 24/25 for Stoke is another repeating guest. Probably the best GK in Championship alongside with Cooper.
Names like Diouf and Olij are here as well.
Given Sporting’s problems in goal, I have once again used my rating/ranking system to check out some options.
Goalkeeping has been dire for us and if we want to have a fight for the league we will need to get another GK.
Some names are regulated for 2 seasons in a row.
Can see why Thomas Frank rates him really high. He’s just the perfect defender for him.
Adapts to every circumstance with quality.
Nathan Collins is very very good.
Haven’t watched the Chelsea game in full detail but every time he’s on the ball he’s breaking lines, carrying it forward, providing assists and 2nd assists, dangerous passes, etc…
And then he’s such a good dueler and overall defender.
Exactly. Probably on my top 10 teams to rewatch consistently.
They weren’t even close to start for Frontale. They were just that good.
Dumbass me forgot Tanaka 😭
12.12.2024 11:40 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0On a side note, I always wanted to see Oniki play a role outside of Japan.
He’s genuinely a great coach but I don’t know why (or I do but I’m not sure) he never got the outside credit for what he has achieved.
No 1v1 wingers and lack of midfielders as well. Not the most capable on the ball squad too.
It’ll be fun to see Kashima’s transfer window.
Hatate, Mitoma, Morita, Taniguchi or Yamane are just some of the best talents he worked and polished.
Pushed tactical boundaries in Japan and helped produce some of Japan’s key players.
At Kashima he’ll get a strong squad but not really suited to his style.
Oniki has been probably the most impactful coach in Japan in the last 5/10 years. Even more than Ange imo.
Despite Frontale’s recent fall off, he had the most dominating and entertaining team in J1 for quite some time.
Also, this is where you miss a guy like O’Rilley or Mooy.
Creative midfielder who can break lines and thinks of the passes nobody else can. Especially with Hatate not having a great game.
Bernardo and Engels aren’t like that.
Dinamo x Celtic has been lackluster tbh.
Slow tempoed game with a massive low block from the Croatians. Baturina can’t shine like this.
CCV and Trusty have been superb dealing with Kulenovic.
With Morita and Bragança injured, the 17 year old had to be the obvious choice.
Confident he’ll be good tonight. He’s got bags of personality to make it.
João Pereira putting Quenda as one of the 10s tonight against Brugge.
Quite like this tbh. It’s where I see him being most influential. He’s got associative qualities, can play easily in tight spaces and can use his good decision making in central spaces.
João Simões also starting.
And to top it off, I still can’t believe I came back to Japan and this time I watched a J1 game.
Went to the Kawasaki vs Gamba, at Todoroki and absolutely loved it.
Sadly, I wasn’t able to see that much of the league but still watched 60% of it.
Later this week will post some analysis on revelations like Shin Yamada, Yudai Kimura and some others.
Honorable mention to Tokyo Verdy who were amazing.
Played champagne football. Entertaining, fun and overall full of goals, Jofuku lead the team to an honorable 6th, topping FC Tokyo, Kawasaki, Yokohama and Cerezo.
Hope their team isn’t ripped apart by the top clubs.
