The reality is that many of the NEW cameras are not signed and have been installed in areas w/ the sole purpose to make $$$$. They're not installed in the regions that merit them.

I've been riding and driving for 50 years and can assure you that riding at ridiculously slow speeds on a 600lb bike isn't fun, and throttling to 30km/hr without exceeding it isn't easy. One can adjust for it, but it only takes a moment in time to get a ticket.
