This is catastrophic for disabled people as well, especially in rural areas which already have limited access to these offices and even more limited or NO access to public transportation.

Did they ever reverse their decision going back on it being FTP as originally promised? I bought it the day it was launched in early release. But uninstalled the second they went back on their word after so many months. I was very disappointed.
