As a person who twice barely avoided getting kidnapped and sent to conversion therapy by my own family members it is very disheartening to hear that conversion therapy is still being discussed. Last i checked the only thing it converts is living kids to dead ones.

The stakes is where I think I fail the most often. I’m not writing fantasy nor do I have world level stakes… so I keep using words like justice and hope that’s good enough. #kidlitchat

It seems clear—I think to everyone, now—that a false and illegal invocation of the Insurrection Act is coming before the end of the year. Media outlets should be telling us how they will prepare for this potential Treason. State governments should be telling us. Activists should be developing plans.
