⚡️US senators introduce bill to send frozen Russian assets to Ukraine.

A bipartisan group of U.S. senators on Sept. 19 introduced a bill that aims to send a portion of frozen Russian assets under Washington's control to Ukraine.

Credible reports suggest that hundreds of ICE detainees have “disappeared” in recent months, meaning their families and lawyers can’t find them in ICE’s databases or locate them in known detention centers.

All problems in Russia come from higher education — declared by the Russian Orthodox Church.

Nate Silver concludes by saying Bluesky engagement is limited, contributing only about 2% of traffic to his newsletter compared to X (Twitter), which is about 60 times larger. Even if Bluesky overperforms per capita, he argues, it is still much smaller.

At this point, Twitter is probably mostly bots which is why engagement is so bad. Who cares if you have 3 million followers if no one meaningfully engages with it.
