Nobody thinks the CEO of a large company knows everything, that's not the role.

That there is no redundancy in the water system is troubling, but again, I can accept this, I'm sure there are reasons.

Since Saturday morning we've been given updates as to when the problem will be resolved

I've just flushed my toilet with bottled water as the 7th richest country (we were, recently) in the world can't provide water to my house.

I'm actually fine with things breaking and mistakes being made. It can be tiresome, but these things happen daily, worldwide.

I took a flight the day after that crash. Flying from the same airport, El Prat and using the same airline, Germanwings. Had a good check at the 2 in the front cabin before boarding.
