- Maybe its time to hit the gym or do at home workouts?
Im already lifting heavy stuff and getting cardio in while working but its not consistent enough to build muscles so why not do something to build or help strengthen said muscles 🤔

Went out drinking with some friends last night. Was a much needed night out and we found a German Beer Hall which had really good drinks and amazing food so we are planning to make it a tradition to be there once or twice a month 🍻

sometimes I forget that im skinnier than how I normally perceive myself. Im 180lb at 5'4" so I know i am a little chubby for my height but I keep thinking im closer to the 200 mark since I always wear baggy clothes so I look bigger than I normally am.

I just watched the Nuremberg movie and I highly recommend it.
I feel like I could write a whole paper on the trials relevance today because of the patterns this and other countries are showing, along with the individual citizens as well. The phrase history repeats itself is more true than ever.
