I have no stomach muscles, they're now held together with mesh a lot of my bowel has been taken out. My back passage is no more. I have a bag for life (stoma) I used to have 2. My last op was 13 hours long. I live with chronic pain. Mental health is like Tigger, but apart from all that Im alright π

Just navigating my way around atm. I'm not too bad thanks, head a bit clearer, the pain got to me over the last few days and my MH was shot. Hope you enjoy Clare. Bad rainy day here in Cork today, but turning chillier and dry for the next few days at least
