I used to play board games with him all the time, this is accurate to my experience. Though I havent really seen him more than a couple times in the last 7-8 years.

That "list" was created in confessional after the banquet was done. So they knew who took the antidote and made them 2 of the 3. Basically they has Lisa say the 3 names that would make the antidote the most dramatic.
