I thought there were a lot of factually false statements in it that could easily be disproven. In fact, some of my colleagues did go through point-by-point and say, “this is not accurate, this is not accurate.” He reached a conclusion he clearly believed in, but I don’t think the evidence is there to support the conclusion he reached. I think it was the Washington Post that noted the last time NPR had to fully retract a story because it was so far removed from the facts, Uri Berliner was the lead editor. So I’ll give the guy this much. At least he’s consistent.”
