I see Shane Jones is telegraphing the same 'Great Replacement' narrative, & lie Christchurch terrorist used to justify massacre of 51 Muslims in March 2019. This is not political debate. This is violent extremist rhetoric fuelling racism, endangering communities, & ripping apart social cohesion.
NZ consumed 30% more Russian disinformation than the USA during Covid
Russian troll farms successfully penetrated Kiwi country and culture. Unfortunately many remain true believers of that message. I wrote more about it below.

The 'two languages confuse children' line is literally assimilationist shit from two generations ago that has been so massively debunked even as whole cohorts lost their mother tongues at school.
The most racist government since Muldoon and also the stupidest.
Some of the symbols make reference to the Interview with a Vampire epoch.

Former National minister Christopher Finlayson says the government is placing the coalition agreement above “good race relations”
“Their [Māori’s] rights are always under attack”

In systems theory this is known as "The purpose of a system is what it does (POSIWID)" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_pur...
This is a feature, not a bug. The ableism, much like racism and misogyny, is structural and a flow on effect of political choices. #nzpol

Are you ready to rollback?
This is a really pragmatic guide to thinking about rollback as well as rollout when planning your systems. Rollback can be an important part of incident response and we shouldn't underestimate how hard it can be.
The fucking audacity of _this_ particular government asking subsequent governments to not revert changes.
I'll vote for whoever runs on repealing all their dumbshit changes.

It's likely the FSU candidates get into the board of INZ. However the AGM votes have prevented the reactionary attempt to undermine the constitution and structure of the organisation. Next year, we do this again.
Now for three years of making Jonathan Ayling miserable.
If you joined InternetNZ to help stop the takeover by rhe FSU and Hobson's Pledge, you've done some great work tonight
Consider bringing that energy to other civil society organisations, groups like Voices for Freedom are also trying to take advantage of low participation to push their agenda

David Fararr's first 3 motions got defeated by 2/3 of the votes cast and now we know how many FSU-aligned people are attending and voting at the AGM.
This woman led a community out of the worst racist terror attack this country has seen since the NZ Wars, you think she has two shits to give about David Farrar
After this 15-motions time wasting that we are having to defeat.
This govt ran on expanding cancer screening and $250 extra money every fortnight and we got FBI offices and nurses who aren’t getting paid and butter no one can afford. Nice one.
If the FSU loses they will claim the election was hacked.
If these first 3 get defeated, it will tell us how the other 12 will do.
Vote against them all e te whānau
