I always had a theory in outlast 2 before the game released the thing they were praising and worshipping was the wallrider that escaped from the first game, missed opportunity to directly connect the games better.

I hope outlast 3 is more like outlast 1 and trials, I honestly despise outlast 2 and think it's a bad but beautiful game.

I miss the simple layouts and characters, trials kinda did that but it didn't feel all there for me. I want to see more of the fucked up expiraments and monsters.
