This district had the second-biggest swing to Trump between 2020 and 2024 of all the specials in the cycle so far. The biggest was in NJ SD-32, which is also heavily Latino, and where the Democrat in the special also outperformed *both* Harris and Biden.

Eye-popping margins in the Pennsylvania special elections today:

—Democrats won HD94 by 63 points.

I have to say, the lack of energy in that room is something - even the Republicans. This is the worst SOTU speech to date. So clear how disconnected Trump is from reality. November is going to be a wipeout for Republicans.

The strategy here seems to be to just claim everything is exactly the opposite of reality and hope people believe it.

Do the clunky thing where you collect your stuff super loudly and step over people. "Sorry! Sorry, didn't mean to hit you with my bag!" That kind of thing. While he's speaking. Could be fun. I don't know. Anyway other than bringing the hockey boys so he could steal his applause I'm mostly bored.

Don't walk out because he's offensive, walk out because he's lost you. Worse than dangerous, he's a listless and boring liar who can't hold a room anymore. Be the physical manifestation of his time running out.

A not bad strategy is to just peter out during one of his rambles until the chamber is half empty. When you talk to the press just be like "I got really bored, he was always stupid but tonight he was super boring. Dementia maybe?" He'd be mad. Of course instead they're just kinda sittin' there.

Trump is bragging about working to eliminate fraud. Most of his presidential pardons have been for people convicted of money laundering and fraud to the tune of over $1 billion.
