Waaaaay back in high school, I started modding #Civ5, and honestly, that's what started me down this path of working in game dev. So today, I am beyond thrilled to be able to say that I've just joined Firaxis as a Technical Artist!

I graduated from college in late 2021, right before ChatGPT came out. Now that I'm back to community college the idea of using ChatGPT for anything schoolwork-related baffles me. I won't use it, and in fact, I feel like it would make things somehow more complicated.

Been a rough week for me, but my friends have once again proven that I can always rely on them. They understand we're all going through shit and we know we are here to support each other.
