Once, I had the best boss in the world. I was standing in the hallway staring at the ceiling. He asked what's wrong. I said I'm hearing something and trying to figure out what it is. Instead of declaring me crazy, he helped. It was in a locked room at the end of the hallway!

Even better, if the email lists a name in the message, say 'I'm not that xy' and then everyone with the same name responds that it's also not them. Ask me how I know 🤣🤣

I disagree. A neighborhood without businesses will never be walkable. You need childcare, groceries, post offices, etc

I don't live in a condo, but most new buildings include commercial space on the ground floor. Yet they're 99% empty. Those spaces should have some affordable price plan. Renters without businesses will never make a walkable neighborhood
