Don't be so sure that Iran's govt is defunct. They've got plenty of cards left to play and have been studying our (now old) military & have been preparing for decades for this. The fact that our battle plans are now based on the whims of a demented madman, Iran is running circles around us!
Maybe that’s how it looks today. But the worse the situation gets for this US adventure, and it will get worse, Ukraine’s position will improve. For starters, Ukraine will start to look like a beacon of sanity and functional government.
