An anthropomorphic secretary bird, dressed as an Oiran (A form of high-class courtesan of the Edo period). She wears a purple kimono, worn low to expose impressive cleavage. She wears a ornamented headpiece featuring many feathers. The background features the kanji 蛇食鷲, which translates to "snake-eating bird", the Japanese name for the secretary bird. Assuming the artist did his research correctly.
