As a late diagnosed ADHD'er I think about this a lot.

I had a disability that I just, mostly,... wrestled into compliance, but at great, unsustainable cost.

Environments, then and now, contribute to making it more disabling than it needs to be.

Because an appointment to the Supreme Court shouldn’t mean a lifetime lack of accountability.

I am having a hard time imaging that most folks, who don't even bother to read human written emails, are reading all this AI.

It makes me think the AI draw is simply to fill space w/ something resembling plausible info w/o actually saying anything.

I'll even go so far as to say all voters should be required to vote, and the state should make that as easy as breathing.

You wanna submit a blank ballot? Ok, cool. You do you. But the state should be on the hook to make voting so easy that every voter can easily do it.

Everyone should be angry about this because all voters should be able to vote.

The Texas Supreme Court just blocked the judge’s order that would have kept Democratic polls open until 9 p.m.

But don't let them trick you: anyone who was in line by 7PM STILL has the legal right to vote and have it counted. Anyone after will have their vote collected, but counting isn’t certain.

Talked recently with someone who has some shitty neighbors, and was daunted by the idea of reaching out to those people for hyperlocal organizing. I asked if there were people with anti-ICE or other good window signage who lived nearby. They said yes. I suggested they try to meet those people first.

The worst thing is seeing so many people, especially elders, change from their pre-social media selves to their post social media selves. People have always been weird, sexist, bigoted etc, but it's just really something seeing folks go from seemingly reasonable to outright laughing at suffering.
