Had a minor relapse of the damn thing a few weeks ago. Went on a "run everyday but short" and heel raises for more than a week. Have now not done much for a week as was doing damn DIY but managed to rest the feet.

Longish run tonight with the club so hopefully see how they're doing 🤞
