Thanks Paul. Interesting. In fact, we purposely focused on system level factors rather than individual (where as you say some psychology papers have focused on βresilienceβ and βretentionβ). The factors we identified are present in some, but not all partnership models.

Professor Kamila Hawthorne gives a talk titled 'Reflections on Leadership' in a lecture hall, with a large projected slide featuring her photo and presentation title. Audience members are visible in the foreground.
Professor Kamila Hawthorne stands at a lectern, presenting to an audience with a slide projected behind her, which includes bullet points about health inequalities and community engagement.
Professor Kamila Hawthorne sits at the head of a large meeting table, engaged in discussion with a group of early and mid-career researchers and DPhil students in a bright, modern seminar room.
Inspiring to hear Prof Kamila Hawthorne reflect on her career as the first South Asian female Chair of @rcgp.bsky.social Council at our Guest Lecture Series.
She also spoke with early career researchers & DPhils about portfolio careers and life as a GP.
Thanks to Prof Hawthorne and all who joined!
