Sometimes growth looks and feels a lot like staying the same.

We've made changes:
- We're focused on the things that got us here to begin with.
- We're focused on the things we do well, not every thing we could do (even if we could do them well).
- We're not focused on growing because we're supposed to grow. We're focused on growing how we want to grow. (7/8)

We didn't perfect the things we did well. Instead, we started doing a bunch of other things, not quite as well.

The result? We didn't maintain our growth. Because we didn't maintain the things that lead to the original growth. (6/8)

One of the biggest mistakes we've made as a company is to think that we needed to always be pushing to grow. We needed to always be preparing for the next big push.

Through this lens, we hired too much too fast. (5/8)

The truth is, if your marketing is working, and your product/service is selling, there's a good chance you can grow without really "trying to grow" all the time.

Sometimes, maintaining is the most efficient form of growing.

What I'm saying is that you don't need to always be hustling to grow. You don't always need to be uncomfortable in order to be growing.

In fact, if we can't enjoy that comfort, what are we doing here? (3/8)

But in business, sustaining a comfortable level of growth can still be growth.

I'm not saying you shouldn't be paying attention to market trends and shifts, and be ready and willing to adjust as needed. (2/8)

If you're not uncomfortable, you're not growing.

Well..maybe.

I think that's definitely true in something like exercise. In order to increase your strength, speed, endurance, etc, you need to push yourself past your current max. (1/8)

I’m not saying it’s always easy. It's not, and it won't be.

What I am saying is that it doesn't have to always be hard.

Struggle and stress do not always equal success.

Sometimes harmony and joy are the better measure of your growth.

What if ease and efficiency aren’t the opposite of ambition?

What if they're the smarter version of it?

What if a business that feels light and aligned is also the one that scales?

We've been taught that struggle is part of entrepreneurship. That success only comes to those who “earn it” with long nights, lots of stress, and inevitable burn out.

But what if we’ve been misled?

When you prioritize ease, everything else gets clearer. When things get clearer, everything gets easier.cIt's a powerful circle of efficiency.

You didn’t start a business to feel guilty about enjoying your life.

Most breakthroughs in entrepreneurial journey have not come from working harder. They came when I stopped trying to do everything and started doing a few things really well with systems to support them. Your next breakthrough may not come from doing more. It might come from doing less...better.
