Also, Justice Kavanaugh sounds like he really, really wants a second try at his decision authorizing Kavanaugh Stops.

He's now insisting that immigration enforcement should not be like EXACTLY WHAT IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT IS LIKE UNDER TRUMP'S THUGGERY.

I'm hearing from some people who think Newsom's heart was in the right place. It wasn't. His idea was "Let me get together with the opposition and let's roll up our sleeves and see if we can solve this thing." Sounds okay...until you remember that trans people are not a "thing" to be "solved."
