3. Architecture Outcome Lead - focuses on the 'How' (techical) of the techical implementation within the organisations' techical architecture and engineering principles and standards. The behavioural stance of this role is one of coaching and servent leadership.

2. Team Outcome Lead - focuses on the 'How' for the system of work, supporting and facilitating the team to achieve a positive trend on quality (Better), flow (Sooner), risk (Safer), and colleague engagement (Happier). A servent leader role with an inward focus towards the team.

For any team the establishment of three key leadership roles helps the right conversations to happen:

1. Value Outcome Lead - focuses on the 'What' (value) with an outward looking of the customer, stakeholders, economic and environmental outcomes. This role is also known as a 'Product Owner'
