Something really fascinating about this game to me is that even how much downtime you get is based on random chance. The next conflict could start at any moment and sometimes it literally takes away time from things like grieving your fellow pilots' deaths. It creates such an oppressive atmosphere

I've been telling folks it's giving Panzer Dragoon x Yoon Ha Lee's Machineries of the Empire and I know that's two obscure-ish references but they're both so good and this is definitely a good combo.

It's like a virus. If they put out a statement at 2 weeks and we stop, then the next time they censor even more, we'll have to call 4 weeks to get them to even make a statement.
