The 2025–2030 Guidelines reestablish food as the foundation of health and reclaim the food pyramid as a tool for nourishment and education.

Secretary Kennedy: “The idea that a meal made of processed food is cheap is an illusion because you’re paying for it on the back end. You’re paying for it with diabetes, with obesity, with illness.”
Secretary Kennedy: “Affordability is the priority for the President…We know we have to make it easy and accessible for healthy foods for every American, and we believe we can do that. We think affordable food is in reach for every American family.”
FDA Commissioner Dr. Makary: “We have 40% of our kids now with a chronic disease — it is not their fault…This is not a willpower problem for our nation’s kids. This is something that adults have done to kids, and we’re going to fix it.”

CMS Administrator Dr. Oz: “If we’re able to get the average American…to work one year longer because they feel so vital, so strong, so bullish about their future because they’re feeding their bodies nutrients that are essential…we will increase the overall GDP of our nation by trillions of dollars.”
