Canadian Solar’s storage unit launches 5 MWh battery The battery unit of the Chinese PV manufacturer said its new large-scale battery has a lifecycle of more than 12,000 cycles. The system has a nominal capacity of 5 MWh and a roundtrip efficiency of up...

A 12,000 cycles 25yr life grid battery.
That must drop the overall LCOS (per MWh in and out) quite a bit?

Then we will have a good idea of how much work is required by the DNSPs to augment their grid to meet our needs..

my error, apologies, i have downloaded and compared in 30min detail and over a few months there were 40kwh of imports recorded during 30min periods that also recorded an export.
the diff' was so small i had missed it before.
thanks for the link to the spec that confirms that this is correct.
