With my current baking kick decided to try something I'd always been scared off of, some room for growth on the shaping and think I could have proofed another ~10mins after final shaping, but delicious and not a bad start!

Every time I clean the kitchen after making and eating a nice meal I have a special little ritual of discovering and throwing away the neat little pile of parsley/cilantro/scallions/etc sitting in one corner of the cutting board that I'd chopped planning to sprinkle on just before serving

It should be illegal and impossible to get rich enough that you can say this out loud and everyone present doesn't laugh right in your face.

I wish when people talked about "STOCK TIPS" they meant stuff like "save your hard cheese rinds and throw them in for extra umami" or "freeze quarter cup pucks in silicone muffin trays so you can easily thaw out whatever portion you need while cooking" and not the boring money thing

My brain does this for me, I'll finish a game thinking "after the ending I'm going to come back to do all this other stuff" but the moment I roll credits it's like a door just shuts, the spell's broken, even if some hot DLC comes out a few months later it's not happening, that game is past tense
