Hamas claims ~60k dead (including militants) in 2.5 years. Israel is clearly not committing genocide. It’s become quite a laughable accusation

There is certainly some issue with that, however the idea of multiple layers of ownership across Ottoman, Jordanian, & Israeli rule is a legit legal quagmire. While it does seem some favoritism has certainly been given to Israelis, I also see many situational examples of the court seeking compromise
